A segunda edição do webinar Direito da Moda: Brasil-Itália, realizado nesta segunda-feira, 27 de julho, de forma on-line, discutiu os impactos econômicos e jurídicos da pandemia da covid-19 na indústria da moda brasileira e italiana. Além disso, o evento tratou sobre novos panoramas para o período pós-pandemia do setor.
Uma das palestrantes foi a coordenadora da Pós-Graduação em Direito da Moda da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (UPM), Renata Balbino Munhoz, que discutiu as questões jurídicas que a pandemia do novo coronavírus apresentou à indústria da moda, além das problemáticas que envolverão o setor, na cadeia criativa, na cadeia produtiva ou no pós-consumo. “Partimos de pressupostos relevantes para essa indústria, como a sustentabilidade e a era digital”, declarou a professora.
Já Diretor do Milano Fashion Institute (MFI), Nicola Guerini, também participante do evento, focou nos desafios que a indústria da moda italiana e internacional deve enfrentar com o fim da pandemia. O debate foi mediado pelo professor da Faculdade de Direito (FDir) da UPM, Vicente Bagnoli.
Muitos dos tópicos abordados no webinar são tratados de forma aprofundada no curso de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Moda,que está com inscrições abertas o dia 03 de agosto. O curso permite ao estudante a formação com módulo internacional na Itália, considerado um dos maiores centros produtivos do setor da Moda no mundo.
