Após esse primeiro cuidado, use um bom sérum para hidratar a pele; pois ele é mais leve e de rápida absorção se comparado a um hidratante comum. “Além dos benefícios citados, o sérum ajuda na reparação de danos causados pelo sol pela riqueza de componentes antioxidantes e ácido hialurônico”, explica a Dra. “E para levar a sua hidratação ao próximo nível eu indico bastante máscaras com ingredientes naturais como carvão, coco, chá verde e mel; pois são ricas em vitaminas e aminoácidos hidratantes. Você ainda pode potencializar usando-as com o aparelho UFO; um infusor de máscaras faciais otimizado da FOREO”
No final, aplique o protetor solar com o fator de proteção indicado para sua pele, alta resistência à água e oil free. “Assim você garante uma pele hidratada, protegida e sem oleosidade”, explica a Dra Tábata. E para uma proteção ainda melhor, aplique duas camadas do protetor solar e refaça essa aplicação a cada duas horas ou logo após a saída da piscina ou mar.
